Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of menipages (the “service”). By using the service or claiming a pixel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

menipages is a single page divided into a fixed grid of blocks (“pixels”). Each pixel can be claimed once. When you claim a pixel, your logo is displayed in that block and links to a destination you choose, for as long as the page exists.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to claim a pixel. You need a Google account to sign in.

• You claim a pixel by selecting an available block, providing a title, a destination link, and a logo image, and completing payment.
• Each pixel costs more than the one claimed before it. The price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase.
• Payment is handled by Dodo Payments. Your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed, at which point your pixel is claimed and displayed.
• Until payment is confirmed, a pixel you are buying is only temporarily reserved and may become available to others if the purchase is not completed.

Pixels are permanent and non-refundable. Once your payment is confirmed, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers, except where required by law.

You keep ownership of the logo and link you submit. You grant menipages a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, resize, and publicly display your logo and link on the page and in related promotional material for the service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use the logo and any content it contains.
• Your logo, title, and link do not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Your destination link points to lawful content you are authorized to promote.

You agree not to submit content or links that:

• Are illegal, or promote illegal activity.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Contain malware, phishing, or deceptive or fraudulent material.
• Are hateful, harassing, or contain sexually explicit material.
• Impersonate another person or brand, or are otherwise misleading.

We review submissions and may remove or refuse any logo or link that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful, at our discretion and without a refund. We may also update or relocate pixels for technical reasons.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available indefinitely, and we are not responsible for the content of destination links, which are controlled by their owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, menipages and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the pixel giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless menipages and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the content you submit or your violation of these Terms.

We may change the service or these Terms at any time. When we change the Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
